W hat started out as an idea for a friend’s birthday present became the online store that you see today. Thanks to the advice of friends, family and an online community called Reddit I was able to turn an art project into a full-time job.

Postertext breathes new life into some of the most memorable literary works ever written by using the writer's own words to shape an image that captures the heart and spirit of the author's original vision.

The result is spectacular.

From a distance, onlookers see the illustrated image, but on closer inspection the background resolves itself into easily readable columns of text, which ensures that the original work can still be appreciated and enjoyed through our posters.
