Since 2010 Postertext has been creating stunning art prints for some of the greatest classic literature. Through our endearing and eye-catching artwork we have definitely breathed a new life into timeless and beloved books. However, November has been a particularly eventful month for us because we’ve been busy re-doing some of our older posters as well as coming up with ideas for new ones! As if this wasn’t enough action, we decided that nothing would go better with a slew of fresh artwork than a sleek and sexy new website and logo!
With the launching of this snazzy new website and logo comes some great news for you; we’ve also updated portions of our business to create a more customer friendly environment. We now charge in USD seeing as most of our customers are located in the United States, and we have a cool new gift certificate option! You can buy a gift certificate for a friend or loved one, and give them the freedom to decide which poster to purchase.
Smiling yet? If not, this should do the trick: all of us at Postertext are passionate and avid readers and we are excited every time we put out a new illustration for you! So we’ve decided that we are going to release a brand new work of art every month. All you have to do is check out our website every month, subscribe to our new releases newsletter available on our homepage or follow our blog to find out what art print we are releasing each month and why. I can guarantee you will learn something new about the author or the novel which inspires our poster for that month! Sounds like a great combination doesn’t it? Please note the following as our closure dates for this holiday season:
Christmas
We are closed December 23 and December 26
New Years
We are closed December 30
What this means is that your order will take one extra day to process if the 2-day processing time is on one of these dates. For example, if you made your order on December 22nd then your order will be shipped out before December 25th – instead of December 24th.
What this also means is that we’re closed today!

Today is a big day for Postertext. Not only did we improve our free shipping offer, we’re now offering cheaper shipping options for Americans and Canadians as well!
You now have the following shipping options:
For Americans:
- USPS Priority (Within 2 days)
- Fedex Ground (1–5 business days w/ tracking)
- USPS Express (Overnight delivery)
For Canadians:
- USPS First-Class (1-3 weeks)
- Fedex Ground (2–7 business days w/ tracking)
- USPS Priority (6-10 business days)
- USPS Express (3-5 business days)
We want our customers to ship their order with the method they want, instead of only offering one option. For example, now you can choose to expedite your shipping with USPS Express!
Of course, we haven’t forgotten the rest of the world. We will be offering the same discounted shipping methods for international shipments shortly.
