We are excited to let you know that we have released our Oliver Twist poster!
Oliver Twist (24×30″ – 61×76.2cm)

- OurOliver Twist poster is created using the first 20 chapters of the book.
Using Dickens entertaining and witty words, our poster recreates the poignant and saddening scene in which Oliver makes his legendary request: “Please sir, I want some more.” Frail and thin, with patched clothing that barely protects his fragile frame, Oliver holds the bowl out in his slight, bird-like, hands. In this work of art, the well-fed and overindulged Master looks down at him in a mixture of shock and scorn; Oliver has just done something no other little orphan had dared to do before. Through use of the creative words from Oliver Twist, this poster gives new life to this well-known scene which is a vital part of Oliver’s story.
Oliver Twist is one of Dickens’ most renowned works and continues to delight and astound readers today. Our illustration brings alive the inner workings of England’s workhouses, and presents you with a constant reminder of the plight of the diminutive Oliver with his untainted soul.

- A Christmas Carol
- A Room with a View
Romeo and Juliet (20×24″ – 50.8x61cm)

This Romeo and Juliet poster is created using the entire text of the book.
Our Romeo and Juliet poster uses the words of one of Shakespeare’s most treasured works to illustrate the pinnacle of the great tragedy of his story. A heartbroken and determined Juliet holds her one and only true love Romeo in one arm and clutches a dagger in the other. The death of her beloved has rendered her heart into two pieces, and she aims at her heart with the dagger with hopes of severing her ties to her painful present and the desire to be united with her Romeo in the afterlife.
Romeo and Juliet is a story of young love that never grows old and our poster captures the quintessence of what it means to fall in love for the first and last time.

The Three Musketeers (24×30″ – 61×76.2cm)

The Three Musketeers poster is created using the first 17 chapters of the book.
This The Three Musketeers poster embraces Alexandre Dumas’ gripping book through the use of his original words to re-create the juxtaposition of the Musketeers and d’Artagnan, standing united, against those who are enemies to their country and themselves. We use the original text from The Three Musketeers to illustrate these four brave men, with arms extended, rapiers joined, and faces turned upwards towards the joining point as a representation of their shared vision.
The Three Musketeers is a book which brings out the adventurer in anyone. It remains as an enthralling story of four men willing to sacrifice anything in their quest to protect their country and remain devoted to the standards of the elite Musketeers. Our illustration magnificently ensnares this concept and brings to life Alexandre Dumas’ riveting novel.

Using Dickens’ charming and stirring words, this art print portrays in a heart-warming way the redemption of the once cantankerous and surly Mr. Scrooge. His experience with the Ghosts has reinvented him into a new man and he embraces the child within as he carries the ecstatic Tiny Tim through a romp in the snow. In this art piece, Tiny Tim, attired in Mr. Scrooge’s oversized top hat, points symbolically ahead, indicating the bright and happy future that now awaits both of them.
A Christmas Carol is a story that has been beloved by generations, and remains as an icon of one of the most famous Christmas tales of all time. Through this illustration, the Christmas spirit of Dickens’ novel is brilliantly captured and presented in a cheerful and endearing manner.

In this art print, we embrace the romantic and ethereal moment of George and Lucy’s first tender kiss. Overcome by the beauty of the surrounding nature, the daring George catches the hesitant Lucy unawares with an impulsive and spontaneous kiss. This illustration depicts Lucy leaning slightly away, yet gazing with yearning, shy and desirous at the same time of this gentle demonstration of love. The emotions and personalities of each character are captured in this art print in a truly heart-warming fashion.
A Room with a View is a tale of one young woman’s rebellion against the norms and rules of society; this illustration stops in time a passionate moment and brings it to life in a way that ignites the imagination.

Of all of Jane Austen’s novels, Pride and Prejudice is perhaps not only the most well-known, but also one of those novels that has suffered frequently at the hands of contemporary movie directors forcing it into film form. Even more astonishing, is the controversy of this novel among circles of true Austen fans. It is usually whole- heartedly agreed upon that, although one Austen’s more famous books, Pride and Prejudice is definitely not her best work. It can be argued that Northanger Abbey and Persuasion are generally tied for the title of Best Austen Novel. Be that as it may, today is actually a day to celebrate Pride and Prejudice. Why? Because on this day way back in 1813, this famous book was published for the first time; so here are some interesting facts about Austen and her novel:
- Pride and Prejudice was published a mere four years before Austen’s death – she passed away in 1817.
- Austen only wrote six novels (for some reason I had imagined many more), and two of these were not published until after she died.
- It is sometimes believed that Austen’s cousin Eliza was the model upon which the clever and spirited Elizabeth Bennett was based.
- From the time when she started the book Pride and Prejudice in 1796, to the point at which it was finally published in 1813, the entire process took around seventeen years! Wow!
If you’ve never read any of Austen’s novels and would like to give them a try, by all means go for it! I, for one, have been a longtime fan of hers since I was a young girl. However, keep in mind context and the time in which they were written. If you do this, you are sure to find reading any one of her books an enjoyable experience! And don’t forget to check out our nifty Pride and Prejudice art print up on our website! Happy reading!

This month’s release is a fabulous and beautifully illustrated A Room with a View art print! I am particularly excited about this precisely because the novel, A Room with a View, was the first of E.M. Forster’s books that I ever read and as a result is responsible for getting me hooked on the rest of his works.
You may be wondering why we chose January as the month for this release. Well, it turns out that our beloved author’s birthday falls conveniently on January first which makes this a month to celebrate E.M. Forster and his work. So in this spirit of celebration, I present to you Five Fun Forster Facts:
- A Passage to India was the last novel that Forster published in his lifetime.
- Although he published his last novel at 45, Forster lived to be 91 years old!
- E.M. Forster stands for: Edward Morgan Forster.
- During World War I, Forster served with the Red Cross in Egypt. He also had opportunities to travel to, and live, in Italy, India, and Greece.
- There are two film adaptations of A Room with a View. The first was done in 1985 and the second in 2007.
Don’t let the celebration end here! Pick up one of Forster’s books or short stories and give it a read. After all, literature of this caliber never goes out of style. Enjoy!
