What is the last date I can send my order for it to arrive before December 25th?
The below dates are the cut-off dates for this year's holiday season. All orders made on or before these dates are guaranteed to arrive in time for December 25th.
It is, however, possible that your order may arrive on time after these dates, but it is not guaranteed.
Is the text legible?
Yes – absolutely. The text size on our prints is large enough for someone with normal eyesight to read the text without visual aid. If you can read the ingredients label behind packages, then you can read our text!
What is this 100% satisfaction guarantee?
We are committed to producing top-quality products while providing customer service that brings a smile to your face.
If for any reason your order is not in 100% perfect condition or you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will either send you a free replacement or a full refund – depending on your preference.
Can I return / replace / refund an order?
Your request will be processed within 48 hours and we will contact you within that time.
If the product is undamaged and you wish to return it for a full refund, please use the original tube or box and include a note with the following information: your order number, the shipping ID or item number, and the reason for the return. Send us an email at email@example.com with the same information for quick service.
I was not charged taxes during checkout. Is something wrong?
When can I expect my order to arrive?
We process most orders within 24 hours. During a busier schedule, we process within 2 business days.

Will I have to pay customs fees on my international (non-US) order?
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package.
In most cases, you will not be charged any customs or import duties.
We have no control over these charges so we cannot estimate them or charge them during checkout.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes but we are not responsible for delays or unsuccessful delivery attempts that are more common with PO Boxes.
We also ship to APO/FPO addresses but unfortunately we cannot supply tracking numbers for these shipments.

How are my posters shipped?
We ship our paper print posters in industrial strength tubes that are double walled with aluminum caps.
Can I make a local pick-up?
Will you be making a poster for books X, Y, Z?
Yes! But it will take some time. You can submit a book request for it and we will contact you when it is ready on our store. We also use the book requests to determine which books to work on next so be sure to list your entire list of favorites.
When will book X be available?
We do keep a short list of books to work on next. However, the ordering changes regularly so, unfortunately, we cannot say with confidence when a particular title will be available.

Do you offer custom prints? Can I commission you for a project?
We are available for custom designs & commissions for any book or text ($300+). Contact us here.
Are there different sizes for each poster? Or one standard size?
Due to the unique style of our designs, the process of creating different sized prints is more complicated than just resizing the design since we have to take into consideration the effect of each line of text due to size changes.
What are my printing and mounting options?
We offer several printing and mounting options:
Do you sell frames for the posters? If not, do you recommend a certain type of frame?
We don't offer frames at the moment but we will in the near future, but all of our prints are designed to fit into conventional-sized frames so feel free to visit your local frame store for advice and fitting.
Do you accept design/illustration suggestions?
Yes! Please send your suggestions to firstname.lastname@example.org. We read every single letter and suggestion!
How often do you release a new title?
We release a new title every 2 weeks.

What separates you from your competitors?
Unlike our competitors, we spend days upon days reading each novel front to back before attempting to capture the soul of the story in visual form. You read that right! We read and finish every single book before we even start to brainstorm ideas. This gives us a complete understanding of the story, characters, themes, motifs and symbols - thus allowing us to produce a truly quality design!
This, of course, requires a lot of our time and prolongs our brainstorming sessions since we have so much to discuss! We are all fast readers, but at our current capacity we are only able to release a new title every 2 weeks. This may change in the future once we bring more book lovers to our team.
